iRegion is a Business Intelligence application that delivers Key Performance Indicators for Regional Directors on their mobile devices. iRegion is integral part of iConnect Real Estate Management platform.
The Office level metrics include active offices, best performing offices and offices that require attention. At the Agent level, key indicators like Agent counts, top producers, average age and how long on average it takes for an Agent to make their first sale are part of the dashboard. Lastly, the Listing level statistics show a breakdown of For Sale vs. For Rent and Commercial vs. Residential listings within the region and what are the most common types of listings by location. Going one step further, the Regional Director is aware of significant transactions that happen in their region and provide them with an opportunity to call or email the agent directly from their phone to congratulate them on their achievement.
